The Quality System page sits next to Dashboard in the sidebar. It shows one card per register, grouped the way the standard is — context and planning, resources, operation, system records, performance and improvement — with how many records each holds and how many are overdue. Open any card and a strip across the top keeps the rest of that clause group one click away.

  • Every rating has a ? that explains each level; risk priority is suggested from likelihood × impact when you leave it blank
  • Due dates from every register feed the dashboard’s due-dates card and the Monday digest email
  • Attach the evidence where it is a file by nature: processes, order reviews, design projects, special processes, customer property and satisfaction records

Questions people ask

Does NominalQC cover ISO 9001:2026?
It has a register for the 2026 edition’s record-keeping requirements, including what changed: climate change as an issue and as an interested-party requirement, quality culture and ethics, and the revised management review inputs. Whether your system conforms is your registrar’s call — NominalQC keeps the evidence in one place so it is quick to show.
Do we have to fill in every register?
No. Each register stands on its own, and an empty one simply shows zero on the Quality System page. Most shops start with the ones their next audit will open.
