What you can do
- Pick a part with an open alert and the inspection form locks — a blocking modal puts the watch-fors and containment actions in front of the inspector until every alert is acknowledged
- Acknowledgments are per-person: one inspector’s ack never clears the alert for the rest of the shift
- Every acknowledgment is recorded with name and timestamp, pinned to the signed-in user
- Severity-ranked alerts with watch instructions and interim containment actions
- Scoped to specific parts and work centers, so the right people see it
- Printable alert sheets and signature rosters for operators without logins
